Lily Cheung

Lily advises on a range of property and dispute matters, with experience across high value real estate, financial disputes, and criminal defence. She is trusted by clients for her clear communication and ability to provide practical advice in complex and often high-pressure situations.

On property matters, Lily regularly assists on the sale and purchase of prime central London properties utilising SPV’s, as well as new build bulk acquisitions. She also has experience dealing with multiple lenders, including loan drawdowns exceeding £10 million.

On dispute matters, Lily has acted in fraud related disputes and loan recovery claims, including a matter in which more than £40 million was successfully recovered for a client in proceedings arising from money laundering related claims.

Lily also undertakes criminal defence work, acting for clients from arrest through to trial. She has experience in serious offences including sexual offence allegations, achieving successful outcomes for clients.

She is fluent in English and Mandarin, with conversational Cantonese.
