Kailie is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team, advising founders, investors and established businesses across the full corporate lifecycle. Her practice includes shareholder arrangements, private investments, start-ups and scale-ups, and offshore funds and holding structures, often involving cross-border elements.
Kailie provides clear, commercially focused advice on complex transactions, with an emphasis on protecting client interests while supporting sustainable growth. Kailie regularly works with international clients and professional advisers and has experience navigating multi-jurisdictional and offshore structures. Kailie has a particular focus on advising early-stage, founder-led businesses, supporting clients from initial structuring and incorporation through to investment, governance and scale-up. Additionally, she advises founders on establishing robust, investor-ready legal foundations that support sustainable long-term growth.
