The Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR) has revised upwards its forecasts for London employment growth. Employment is now projected to rise by 2.8% over 2014 as a whole, and by 1.5% in 2015, and employment growth of 6.1% is expected between 2014 and 2019 in the region.
With greater stability and prospects for employment throughout London, the market is seeing increased levels of tenant demand over the quarter. This surge in demand is mainly driven by the corporate and student segments.
