Background & experience
Alistair acts as Chief Executive Officer to Integra Private Wealth. He has been involved in the banking and financial investment services for over 30 years covering various posts at Mid-Med Bank, HSBC and Michael N Trading Co Ltd. Alistair covered various roles in finance, banking, marketing, compliance, wealth management and asset management.
In 2005 Alistair moved to HSBC International Financial Advisors (Malta) Ltd as Senior Independent Wealth Manager and was appointed European division team leader in 2007.
Alistair has been a regulated person with the MFSA since 2000 and is also a member of the National Futures Association in the US and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. Alistair holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Manchester and the International Investment Advice Certificate from the Securities Institute in the UK. Alistair speaks fluent English, Maltese and Italian.
