Paramjit advises businesses, business owners and investors on a broad range of corporate, commercial and company law matters.
He has particular experience in relation to shareholder agreements, joint ventures, asset and share acquisitions and disposals, corporate and group reorganisations, public offerings, finance arrangements, option agreements and contracts for the supply of goods or services.
Paramjit’s work is often regulatory or cross border in nature and covers a variety of industries, including fintech, media, retail, pubs, sports, oil & gas, schools and pharmacies. He also works regularly with the real estate team in connection with transactions involving the sale, purchase or charging of SPVs that hold property in England and Wales.
Additionally Paramjit provides pro bono advice to charities and he is a trustee of the NK Ballet Foundation.
Paramjit holds degrees in both Law and in Business.
