Joyce is a partner in the real estate department and specialises in all aspects of freehold and leasehold acquisitions. These include purchase and sale of second-hand properties, new build and off plan properties, property refinancing and mortgage transactions, lease extensions and assignment of contracts.

Joyce has extensive experience in acting for high-net worth and ultra-high net worth clients from Asia investing in London. This experience provides her with an in-depth understanding of her client’s culture and commercial objectives, which provides the unique ability to drill down on the core fundamentals of the transaction at hand and achieve commercially favourable results with cost-effective advice.

Joyce speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She has established strong relationships with well-known developers and estate agents within the industry. She always makes sure that all parties are well informed of progress throughout the transaction.
