We are a professional services group providing expertly tailored advice to our clients across the globe.

We provide highly personal joined up solutions to your business and personal activities, bridging legal, tax, accounting, fiduciary services, real estate analysis and sourcing, IT and our own discreet private office. We come together to align our collective skills and expertise to provide our clients with ultimate professional solutions.

Headquartered in the heart of London we are a multi-lingual team with offices in Geneva, Malta, Gibraltar and Almaty in Kazakhstan.

Our group is named after one of the great British landed estates and houses of England – the Earldom of Burlington. It is a name that is synonymous with Mayfair and the exclusive products and services this area of London provides to our discerning UK and international clients.

As a result we work with our global community of professional advisors sharing the highest standards of advice and care with a deep respect for our varying cultures and heritage.

About Us

A little about our history

1994

Our origins...

Our roots trace back to 1994 when our senior partner Deborah Mills established DMA Legal LLP, initially a specialist oil and gas practice with offices in London and Marlow.

2008

A merger...

Its reputation grew rapidly attracting the likes of British Gas, Shell and Esso as clients as well as the interest of other law firms in London. The practice was courted for some time and eventually merged into Howard Kennedy in 2008 where Deborah led the Projects Team as a partner of the firm.

2011

New beginnings...

In 2011, Deborah and her team left Howard Kennedy to establish Burlingtons Legal LLP in the heart of Mayfair at 38 Hertford Street, with the vision assisting clients with all aspects of their business and personal affairs.

2017

Stratford Place...

To accommodate our growing team, profile and client base, we moved to our current offices in London’s historic Stratford Place, home also to the iconic Oriental Club.

2019

An expansion...

Burlingtons Group was launched to better realise our vision of providing a true one stop circle of professional, concierge and other services for our international clients. Our expanding list of services includes tax, accounting, private office, private wealth and real estate services, all under one roof.

2021

Acquisition...

We are pleased to announce the successful acquisition of a shareholding in Integra Private Wealth Limited, a highly successful regulated wealth management based in Europe.

2022

Further international expansion...

In April 2022, we acquired a 10% interest in Gibraltar based Cornwalls Lane Services Limited, a fiduciary, corporate services and fund management business.
