About Us

Our story traces back to 1994, when our senior partner Deborah Mills established DMA Legal LLP, which initially was a specialist oil and gas practice with offices in London and Marlow.

The reputation of the practice grew rapidly, attracting the likes of British Gas, Shell and Esso as clients. It also attracted the interest of other law firms in London. The practice was courted for some time and eventually merged into Howard Kennedy in 2008, where Deborah led the Projects Team as a partner of the firm.

In 2011, Deborah and her team left Howard Kennedy to establish Burlingtons Legal LLP in the heart of Mayfair at 38 Hertford Street, with the vision helping clients with all aspects of their business and personal affairs.

To accommodate our growing team, profile and client base, we moved to our current offices in London’s historic Stratford Place, home also to the iconic Oriental Club.

Burlingtons Group was launched to better realise our vision of providing a true one stop circle of professional, concierge and other services for our international clients. Our expanding list of services includes tax, accounting, private office, private wealth and real estate services, all under one roof.
