Corporate and individual insolvency
We act for creditors and debtors in individual and corporate insolvency proceedings, including the preparation and presentation of bankruptcy petitions, winding up petitions and the ensuing proceedings. We also have strong contacts with insolvency practitioners – we work closely with them to advise on the appropriate strategy for pursuing or defending insolvency proceedings.

Director’s disqualification
We act for directors, who have been subject to disqualification proceedings, and have negotiated on their behalf with the Insolvency Service on details of the disqualification, including the length and the level of any fine that may have been imposed.
