We are delighted to announce that Burlingtons have signed a business transfer agreement with Gannons and its Director and founder, Catherine Gannon.

Gannons is a boutique London commercial law firm working with innovative companies, investors and directors, often assisting growth businesses, helping them to trade more successfully and avoid growth pitfalls. Their tax expertise is also key for many of their clients.

Our new merger signals further strong development in our core business, capitalising on corporate and commercial referrals.

Gannons will become a part of the Burlingtons Group from 1 April 2026.

“We are thrilled that Catherine and her team will be joining the Burlingtons Group. Gannons acts for a growing number of international clients and offer advice spanning multiple jurisdictions via a referral network of lawyers and accountants. This merger represents growth opportunities for the Burlingtons Group including operational efficiencies, resource optimisation and strategic advantages in terms of growth and reach”.

Deborah Mills, CEO, Burlingtons Group

“This is a perfect complement of two established firms with a strong trading history. The focus remains helping private companies, investors and shareholders to succeed. I am proud of Gannons achievements over the past 24 years and am very excited about the new opportunities with Burlingtons.”

Catherine Gannon, Director and Founder, Gannons.
