Overview

Our expert team of property lawyers have considerable experience of delivering pragmatic and commercially-focused solutions, all aimed at completing real estate transactions smoothly and successfully as possible.

We advise on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. This includes buying and selling freehold and leasehold property, as well as development sites, licences for alterations, enfranchisement, remortgages, off-plan purchases, new build, auction conveyancing, licences to assign, shared ownership purchases, bridging loans and landlord and tenant-related matters.

We regularly work on SPV-related transactions involving foreign companies and trusts. Leveraging the extensive expertise shared by our corporate lawyers and network of tax specialists, we make sure that all due diligence and other relevant procedures are adhered to.

Commercial property

We advise buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants on acquisitions and disposals We also provide expert advice and guidance on financing and managing commercial properties across a wide range of sectors, including investment, development, retail, corporate occupier, commercial and hospitality.
Residential property

We regularly act for buyers and sellers of UK residential and investment property, advise in relation to leasehold enfranchisement and represent international clients purchasing UK property. We are here to help you every step of the way – from initial instruction to financing.
Landlord and tenant

Our expertise covers all aspects of corporate and residential occupation. This includes disposals, acquisitions, lettings, rent reviews, break options, leasehold extensions, enfranchisement, sale and leaseback and portfolio management work.
Portfolio management

We are appointed by both landlords and tenants and work closely with asset managers. Our experienced team deals with all areas of property management, which includes creating standard form of lease residential blocks, licences to assign, licences to carry out works, deeds of variation and advising on heads of terms.
