Christopher Chan

Christopher is a trainee solicitor in the real estate department. Having completed the LPC in 2019, he is experienced in dealing with all levels of conveyancing transactions, ranging from standard sale and purchase transactions to new build purchases, re-mortgages and lease extensions.

Currently, Christopher assists Joyce Cheung and has assisted in various complex transactions such as multi-million pound bulk deal purchases in new build developments, assisting and providing advice for complex refinancing structure such as buy to let lending with Gatehouse, BC Investments, Ahli United Bank and Hampshire Trust Bank, and providing advice and guidance on the recent changes made by the Building Safety Act 2022.
