Nadine Parker-Stamford

Nadine qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2012 and, after working in several regional law firms across Essex, joined Burlingtons in February 2023.

Nadine specialises in all aspects of residential property transactions, including buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties, auction sales and purchases, transfer of equity, help to buy scheme transactions, and shared ownership properties. 

Nadine thrives on achieving tight timescales and takes great pride in her work to offer to her clients everything that she can to ensure a smooth transaction. Nadine has a number of clients for whom she has acted several times over the years, and believes this is a testament to the high level of service she provides. 

In addition, Nadine acts regularly for Armed Forces personnel.  Her military family background provides an understanding of the reality of forces life, and ensures she can assist with the unique situations service personnel encounter.
