Eda Komurcu

Eda is a partner in the real estate department and specialises in all aspects of residential property transactions, including buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties, mortgaging and re-mortgaging, new Build and off-plan purchases, right to buy, auction conveyancing, transfer of equity and help to buy scheme transactions, lease extensions, lease rectifications, licence to assign, licence for alterations, and shared ownership purchases.

With an extensive wealth of experience, Eda has acted for clients from all over the world from all different backgrounds. She prides herself on her ability to be efficient, diligent and patient in every transaction she is instructed on.

Eda studied Law at University of Northampton, before completing her LPC at Oxford Institute of Legal Practice (OXILP).
