Harrods Estates Appointed on Emaar $1BN Dubai Development

The Dubai-based developer Emaar Properties, the firm behind the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa, has teamed up with Harrods Estates to promote its latest project – Dubai Creek Harbour, with its enormous centrepiece, a $1bn Tower which comes in at a touch higher than the Burj Khalifa.
Dubai Creek Harbour will deliver 6.79 million square metres of residential accommodation and a total of 4,400 hotel rooms across a six square kilometre waterfront destination. The Tower is expected to cost £700m ($1m) to build, with construction starting this year and completion due in time for the Dubai World Expo in the Summer of 2020.
