With the festive season now behind us, the land registry has issued the December housing statistics highlighting December 2013 to have been record month for the property market in the UK. Property prices in the UK are reported to have increased by 1.1% in December alone whereas in London prices increased by 2.6%. This brings 2013 to a close with an annual increase in property values of 4.4% in the UK and of 11.20% in London. |
