£1BN Old War Office Luxury Redevelopment

Planning details have been revealed for the transformation of Churchill’s Old War Office into a luxury hotel and residential scheme. The 580,000 sq ft project which has an estimated development value of £1billion will include a luxurious 125 bedroom hotel and 88 flats. Earlier this year India’s Hinduja Group and Spain’s OHL bought the site for £350m from the Ministry of Defence .
