Three neighbouring penthouses at New York’s 432 Park Avenue skyscraper, each roughly $40 million a-piece, were sold last Wednesday.

It is unclear whether the same-day transactions on the 92nd and 93rd floors indicate a single buyer but if so, someone has just bought a 12,000-square-foot mansion in the sky for around $120 million.

432 Park Avenue is a residential skyscraper in New York City that overlooks Central Park. Originally proposed to be 1,300 feet in 2011, the structure topped out at 1,396 ft. It was developed by CIM Group and features 104 condominium apartments.

Designed by Rafael Vinoly 432 Park Avenue is the tallest residential tower in the western hemisphere.
