Following the investor visa scheme being discontinued in February 2022, the most effective way for international high net worth individuals to enter the UK has been via the self-sponsorship route. This is achieved by the individual incorporating their company in the UK, with a UK based director, which then allows for employer sponsorship for the business owner and their family.
Not only does this provide high net worth individuals with a route to legally enter the UK, it also promotes economic growth and can lead to the creation of jobs domestically as the UK incorporated company expands.
This service is being led by Sarah Khawaja, who will be working in conjunction with our corporate team to provide international high net worth individuals with the holistic support required to navigate the process.
