- London shows an annual price increase of 12.3% which takes the average property value to £484,716. Monthly house prices rose by 1.0% since June 2016.
- Bromley recorded the highest number of sales in May 2016 with 376 transactions whilst the lowest number was recorded Kensington and Chelsea with 64.
- The July data shows an annual price increase of 8.38% which takes the average property value in the UK to £216,750
- Newham remains the London borough with the highest annual price rise with a movement of 20.8%.
