Acquired by the Reuben brothers for £100m in 2011, the plans were to develop the properties into six residential units, one mansion, and a further single residence together valued in excess of £250m. Now, however, the brothers are proposing to redevelop the landmark site – which stretches from Piccadilly back to Shepherd Market, involving 95 Piccadilly, 12 White Horse Street, 42 Half Moon Street & 90-93 Piccadilly – as a 102-room five-star hotel and four “very high quality” residential dwellings.
