London Property Prices – July 2013 Data

4th September 2013

House prices in the UK increased by 1.0% between June 2013 and July 2013 with London and the East Midlands experiencing the greatest monthly rise with a movement of 2.1%. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea was up 0.6% over June 2013 – average price now £1,147,313. City of Westminster up 0.4% over June 2013 – average price now £809,339.
