* In London, the Borough of Merton experienced the highest monthly increase (+3.5%) followed by Richmond upon Thames (+3%).
* Havering registered the lowest monthly change at -0.1%.
* Repossession volumes in England and Wales decreased by 36% in June 2014 to 794 compared with 1,238 in June 2013.
