The March numbers issued by the Land Registry show a clear sign of market strength throughout London with all but two of the 33 Boroughs registering growth in property prices in March. We believe that the broadening of the market beyond Prime Central London is very positive as it will release some pressure on prices and will lead to a much needed increase in supply. Demand however remains strong throughout all London. The following table summarises the changes in property prices in the month of March 2014.
