Burlingtons Real Estate is pleased to mark the launch of its new ‘Managed Sale’ service with the successful sale of an impressive £2.4m seafront property as part of a special overseas mandate.
Predominantly focused on central London, the service guarantees a stress-free property sale experience. Remaining true to our principle of independence, our role will be that of coordinators of the disposal process on behalf of our clients.
Aimed at people with limited time and those based overseas, we will organise the entire process from A to Z. This will include property redecoration and staging as may be required, furniture movements, packaging, obtaining and agreeing on valuations, managing viewings, and negotiating with agents and prospective buyers. Finally, we will coordinate all the admin and legal paperwork by liaising on the client’s behalf with the various parties until keys change hands.
