The project, designed by AMK and developed by First Base with Starwood Capital, includes 69 apartments and a 137-bed apart hotel. The ground floor of the buildings will bring together a community of independent shops and boutiques as well as 10,000 square feet of workspace for creative businesses in the Bermondsey area.
First Base is one of the firms behind the £3.5bn Silvertown mega-scheme in East London, which got the go-ahead in 2015.
