Sales Up 22%

The latest statistics released by the UK land registry show that the number of property sales in the UK in October 2013 increased by 22%. In London alone the number of properties sold in October 2013 amounted to 9,903 when compared to 8,126 in October 2012 with the highest percentage increase experienced in the £800,000 to £1M price bracket which is up 80% over October 2012.
