A Malibu beach house once owned by the actor Steve McQueen has been sold for over $12m.
The property is set on a private, gated street just off the main Broad Beach Road thoroughfare. It has direct beach access, however, like many Malibu coastal properties, it’s not a large estate.
The home has five beds and five baths, with plenty of windows and decks so almost every room has beachy views.
McQueen lived in the 3,300-square-foot house in the mid- to late-1970s with his wife at the time, actress Ali McGraw. It was the couple’s primary residence.
